深圳市南山区2007—2014年托幼机构儿童体检结果分析

摘　　要：目的了解深圳市南山区托幼机构儿童体格发育、健康状况的变化趋势,针对儿童发育中存在的问题进行预防。方法对2007—2014年深圳市南山区辖区内180所托幼机构中的264 105名儿童健康体检结果进行统计分析。结果与2007—2013年比较,2014年儿童体质量达标率及龋齿、视力不良患病率均明显升高,肥胖、营养不良及贫血患病率则均明显下降(均P<0.01)。结论深圳市南山区儿童体格发育良好,下一步的工作重点是预防视力不良、龋齿,降低常见病的患病率。Objective To master the variation trend of physical development and health status of kindergarten children in Nanshan district of Shenzhen city,and to prevent diseases aiming at the problems existing in children’s development.Methods Physical examination findings of 264 105 children from 180 kindergartens in Nanshan district of Shenzhen city(2007-2014)were statistically analyzed.Results The qualified rate of body weight and incidences of dental caries and vision abnormality in 2014 were significantly higher than those in 2007-2013 (P < 0.01 ). However,incidences of obesity,malnutrition and anemia in 2014 were significantly lower than those in 2007-2013(P <0.01).Conclusion Kindergarten children in Nanshan district of Shenzhen city have good physical development.Future work should focus on preventing dental caries and vi-sion abnormality and reducing the prevalence of common diseases.
