摘　　要：通过对互联网影响分析得出,图书馆应积极呼应互联网的高速发展,将移动技术应用于图书馆的工作和信息服务中,进而拓展和创新信息服务,最终实现互联网、图书馆和广大读者的内在统一和图书馆服务质的飞跃。On the base of the analysis of the impact on the Internet, it is thought that the mobile application technology in the work of Library and information service, the construction of mobile library, and then expanding and innovation of the information service, and ultimately Internet, library and readers internal unity, should be actively measures for library to respond to the Internet high speed development in order for the leap of library service quality.
