摘 要:本文在分析核电站LCQ阀门分流片的空蚀失效机理基础上,设计了五种合金与金属陶瓷涂层。采用氧乙炔火焰喷熔和超音速火焰喷涂(HVOF)工艺分别制备了三种Ni基合金涂层与两种WC基金属陶瓷涂层;通过超声波振动空蚀试验装置对这些涂层进行抗空蚀试验,研究这些涂层的抗空蚀性能。结果表明:Ni Cr BSi Mo喷熔层具有最优异的抗空蚀性能,可望应用于LCQ阀门分流片。In this paper, on basis of the cavitation erosion failure mechanism of the LCQ valve splitter at nuclearpower station, five kinds of alloy and cermet coatings were designed. Three kinds of nickel-based alloy coatingsand two kinds of WC based cermet coatings were respectively deposited by oxyacetylene flame spraying andfusing process and High Velocity Oxy-Fuel spray(HVOF). Then the cavitation erosion resistance of thesecoatings was studied by ultrasonic vibration device. Results showed that NiCrBSiMo coating prepared by sprayingand fusing process has the most excellent anti-cavitation erosion performance,it can be applied to the LCQ valvesplitter.
