摘  要:采用等离子喷涂制备了双层YSZ/铈锆酸镧(La2(Zr0.7Ce0.3)2O7,LZ7C3)涂层,采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射分析(XRD)等研究了涂层的结合强度、高温抗热震性能、抗钙镁铝硅酸盐玻璃(CMAS)侵蚀性能等。结果表明:沉积态涂层呈现萤石结构;涂层与基体的最高结合强度达到了38Mpa以上;双层涂层在1200℃的热震次数达到33次;涂层失效方式主要为外层铈锆酸镧涂层发生了逐层剥离;LZ7C3可与CMAS形成高熔点的结晶物,抵抗CMAS的入侵。双层YSZ/铈锆酸镧涂层具有良好的抗热震和抗CMAS性能。A double layered YSZ/La2(Zr0.7Ce0.3)2O7(LZ7C3) thermal barrier coating was prepared by a plasmaspraying method. Its bond strength, thermal shock resistance at high temperature and calcium-magnesiumaluminum-silicate glass (CMAS) corrosion resistance were studied using scanning electron microscopy (SEM),X-ray diffraction analysis (XRD) and other methods. Experimental results show that the as-deposited coatingexhibits a fluorite structure with a bond strength higher than 38MPa. The thermal shock life of the doublelayered coating at 1200 ℃ were 33 cycles, which mainly failed in a mode of layer by layer peeling of the outerLa2(Zr0.7Ce0.3)2O7 coating. The LZ7C3 can react with CMAS to form a solid crystalline phase with high meltingpoint, thereby resisting the CMAS invasion. In conclusion, the double layered YSZ/LZ7C3 thermal barrier coatinghas good thermal shock and CMAS corrosion resistances.
