摘  要:通过不同能量输入的火焰喷涂工艺制备了Cr3+掺杂的Al2O3陶瓷涂层。采用扫描电镜、X射线衍射、拉伸试验机、荧光光谱仪等方法测试了涂层的微观形貌、孔隙率、相结构、结合强度及发光性能等。结果表明:在优化的火焰喷涂工艺参数下,制备的Cr3+:Al2O3涂层呈典型的层状结构,粉体颗粒熔化良好,Al和Cr元素分布均匀,涂层孔隙率的平均值为11.32%。涂层与基体的结合强度可达10.27Mpa。涂层相结构主要由α-Al2O3构成,仅含有少量的γ-Al2O3。在特定波长的光源激发下,涂层在694.32nm处的发射峰相对强度均大于25000,具有良好的发光性能。Flame spray with different energy inputs were adopted to prepare the Cr^3+ doped Al2O3 ceramiccoatings. The morphology, porosity, phase structure, adhesive strength and luminescence property werecharacterized by SEM,XRD,tensile testing machine and fluorescence spectrophotometer. The results showedthat with the optimal flame spraying technological parameter, the Cr^3+ doped Al2O3 coating exhibits stratifiedand compacted structure with a low porosity of 11.32% and well-distributed Al and Cr element. The Cr^3+ dopedAl2O3 powders were fully melted. Also, the adhesive strength of the coating is 10.27MPa and the principal phasestructure of the coatings was α-Al2O3. Under the specific wavelength light source excitation, emission peak ofthe Cr^3+ doped Al2O3 coating locates in 694.32nm with a relative strong intensity of 25000 and exhibits goodluminescence property.
