摘  要:目的:研究血清心肌酶谱及心肌肌钙蛋白I(c Tn I)对新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的诊断价值。方法:选取2012年11月到2014年11月我院收治的新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病患儿70例(研究组),另选同期健康新生儿70例(对照组),采用生化仪检测入选者血清心肌酶谱,应用化学发光法检测血清c Tn I,比较两组血清心肌酶谱和c Tn I水平。结果:研究组肌酸激酶(CK)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、a-羟丁酸脱氢酶(HBDH)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)均显著高于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组c Tn I水平显著高于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);CK-MB检测灵敏度最高,c Tn I检测的特异性最高。结论:血清心肌酶谱及c Tn I对新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病具有重要的诊断价值,为临床治疗提供一定依据。Objective: To study the value of serum myocardial enzyme spectrum and c Tn I in diagnosis of neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy. Methods: Selected 70 cases of neonates with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy(as study group) who were treated in our hospital from November 2012 to November 2014, and chose another 70 health neonates during the same period(as control group), adopted biochemical instrument to detect serum myocardial enzyme spectrum, and applied chemistry chemiliuminescence to detect c Tn I, then compared the serum myocardial enzyme spectrum and c Tnl levels of two groups. Results: CK, AST, CK-MB, HBDH and LDH of study group was significantly higher than control group, the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05); c Tn I level of study group was significantly higher than control group, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05);CK-MB was the highest sensitivity detection index, c Tn I was the highest specificity detection index. Conclusion: Serum myocardial enzyme spectrum and c Tn I play important roles in the diagnosis of neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy and they will provide the reference for clinical treatment.
