不同糖代谢冠心病患者的糖化血红蛋白水平与冠状动脉病变的关系

摘　　要：目的:研究不同糖代谢冠心病患者的糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)水平与和冠状动脉病变的关系。方法:选取2013年5月到2014年5月我院收治的冠心病患者100例,分为糖代谢正常组、异常组和糖尿病组。分析三组患者的Hb A1c水平、冠状动脉狭窄程度及冠状动脉病变指数之间的关系和冠状动脉病变的危险因素。结果:三组患者的冠状动脉狭窄程度、冠状动脉病变支数、空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2小时血糖(2h PG)、Hb A1c和三酰甘油(TG)水平比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);Hb A1c水平与冠状动脉狭窄程度呈正相关(P<0.05);Logistic结果显示年龄、性别、高血压、Hb A1c、FPG、总胆固醇(TG)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)是冠状动脉病变的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论:Hb A1c水平和冠状动脉病变具有相关性,是影响冠状动脉病变的重要危险因素。Objective： To study the relationship between the Hb A1 c levels of patients with coronary heart disease at different sugar metabolism and the coronary artery lesions. Methods： 100 patients with coronary heart disease who were treated in our hospital from May 2013 to 2014 were selected and randomly divided into the normal group, the abnormal group and the diabetes group. Then the Hb A1 c levels, the extent of coronary artery stenosis, the coronary artery lesions and the relationship between the risk factors of coronary artery disease were analyzed in the three groups. Results： There were statistically significant differences about the coronary artery stenosis, the coronary artery lesions, the levels of FPG, 2 HPG, Hb A1 c and TG in the three groups（P〈0.05）; Hb A1 c level and the degree of the coronary artery stenosis were positively correlated（P〈0.05）; Logistic result shows that age, gender, hypertension, Hb A1 c, FPG,total cholesterol（TG） and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol（HDL-C） is a risk factor for coronary artery lesions（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Hb A1 c level and the correlation between coronary artery pathological changes, is the important risk factors of coronary artery lesions.
