摘　　要：云南是一带一路战略面向南亚、东南亚的辐射中心，在国家战略中居于重要地位。推进一带一路建设，需要处理好国家战略与地方诉求、境内交通网络与境外运输通道建设、交通设施建设与国际便利化运输3大关系。Yunnan is a radiation center of the Belt and Road Initiative to South Asia and Southeast Asia.
