摘 要:目的探讨医用骨科电钻头不同转动方式清洗的效果。方法抽取骨科电钻60件,将钻头进行同等血液污染,随机分为实验组和对照组,两组均依据医院消毒供应中心操作规范,并在清洗各环节中将钻头完全浸没在清洗液液面下转动,实验组应用电力转动钻头,对照组手工转动钻头。采用目测、潜血试验和三磷酸腺苷(Adenosine Triphosphate,ATP)生物荧光法评价清洗效果。结果目测法检查两组器械清洗合格率均为100%。潜血实验和ATP生物荧光法:表面擦拭采样法,两组器械清洗合格率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);液面下电力转动采样,两组器械清洗合格率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。电力转动钻头比手工转动钻头清洗效果更好。结论在冲洗、洗涤、漂洗和终末漂洗各环节中,液面下电力转动钻头可显著提高其内腔部位清洗质量。Objective To explore cleaning efficacy of different rotating methods on medical electric drill chuck in cleaning procedure. Methods A total of 60 pieces of medical electric drill chucks were given the same level of blood contamination and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group. Both groups followed the guide for hospital central Supply(WS310.2-2009),and the drill chucks were soaked in the water and rotated in the procedure of flushing. In the experimental group,drill chucks were rotated by electricity. In the control group, drill chucks were rotated manually. Cleaning efficacy was evaluated by visual inspection,occuh blood test and ATP bioluminescence method. Results By visual inspection,the pass rate of two groups was both 100% with no statistical significance. By occult blood test and ATP bioluminescence method: for surface wiping sampling,the difference had no statistical significanee(P〉0.05); for sampling from electric rotating under the water,the difference had statistical significance(P〈0.05). Conclusion In the procedure of flushing,washing,rinsing and final rinsing,rotating drill chucks by electricity under the water can significantly raise cleaning quality of inner lumen.
