摘 要:利用双螺杆挤出机制备了聚碳酸酯(PC)/丙烯腈–苯乙烯–丙烯酸酯塑料(ASA)合金,研究了牌号为GPM400AB和GPM400AH的增容剂丙烯腈–丁二烯–苯乙烯塑料接枝马来酸酐(ABS-g-MAH)对合金力学性能的影响,发现两种增容剂用量均为5份时,合金的综合力学性能最好,MAH接枝率较高的增容剂GPM400AB对合金的增容效果优于GPM400AH。在此基础上,研究了聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)用量对合金力学性能的影响,发现PMMA最适宜的用量为5份。将PC/ASA/GPM400AB/PMMA质量比定为70/30/5/5,通过熔融共混制备了PC/ASA/PMMA合金,研究了碳纳米管(CNTs)对PC/ASA/PMMA合金力学性能和导电性能的影响。结果表明,少量的CNTs提高了PC/ASA/PMMA合金的力学性能,但体积电阻率变化较小,随着CNTs用量增加,合金的韧性和体积电阻率均下降,当CNTs用量为1份时,合金的综合力学性能最好,当CNTs用量为4份时,合金的体积电阻率由未加CNTs时的4×1014Ω·cm下降到7×109Ω·cm左右。PC/ASA alloy was prepared by twin-screw extrusion mechanism, and the effects of compatibilizer ABS-g-MAH with different grade about GPM400AB and GPM400AH on the mechanical properties of the alloy were studied, it is found that when the content of the two compatibilizers is 5 phr respectively, the alloy has best general mechanical properties, the compatibilizing effects of GPM400AB with higher MAH grafting ratio is better than that of GPM400AH. On this basis, the influences of PMMA content on the mechanical properties of the alloy were investigated and the results show that the optimum content of PMMA is 5 phr. The mass ratio of PC / ASA / GPM400AB / PMMA is set as 70 / 30 / 5 / 5, and then PC / ASA / PMMA alloy was prepared via melt blending, the influences of carbon nanotubes (CNTs) on the mechanical properties and electrical conductivity of PC/ASA/ PMMA alloy were studied. As a result, a small amount of CNTs can improve the mechanical properties of PC/ASA/PMMA alloy, at the same time, the change of volume resistivity is small, with the increase of CNTs content, the toughness and volume resistivity decrease. When CNTs content is 1 phr, the comprehensive mechanical performances of PC/ASA/PMMA alloy are the best, and when CNTs content is 4 phr, the volume resistivity descends from4×10 14Ω.cm(without CNTs) to 7×10 9 Ω.cm
