摘  要:采用热压法制备了奇–奇数聚酰胺(PA)1111铁电薄膜,研究了PA1111的铁电性,并通过探讨极化温度(Tp)、极化时间(tp)和极化电场强度(Ep)对PA1111压电应变常数(d33)的影响来研究PA1111的压电性。结果表明,在频率0.1 Hz,外加电场150 MV/m的条件下,PA1111的矫顽电场(Ec)约为75 MV/m,剩余极化强度(Pr)达47 m C/m2。在相同的测试条件下,PA1111的Ec接近于PA11,但Pr比PA11的低,两者的压电性能相差不大。极化工艺研究表明,随着tp增加,PA1111的d33先迅速增大后趋于稳定;随着Ep的增加和Tp的升高,PA1111的d33随之增大。在Tp为75℃,tp为30 min,Ep为50 MV/m的条件下,PA1111的d33达-3.9 p C/N,压电电压常数达-169 m V·m/N。Odd-odd nylon(PA) 1111 ferroelectric film was prepared by hot-pressing method and the ferroelectricity of PA 1111 was investigated, then the piezoelectricity of PAll 11 was studied through investigating the effects of polarizing temperature (Tp), polarizing time (tp) and polarizing electric field strength (Ep) on piezoelectric strain constant (d33) of PAl 111. The results show that under applied electric field with 150 MV/m at 0.1 Hz, the coercive electric field (Ec) of PAl 111 is about 75 MV/m and the remanent polarization (Pr) reaches 47 mC/m2. Under the same testing conditions, Ec of PAllll is similar to that of PAll, but Pr is lower than that of PAll, moreover, the piezoelectricity between them has slight difference. The analysis of polarizing conditions reveals that d33 first increases rapidly and then remains unchanged with the increase of tp, increases as Ep and Tp increase. Under the conditions that Tp is 75℃, tp is 30 min and Ep is 50 MV / m, d33 and piezoelectric strain constant of PAl 111 is -3.9 pC / N and -169 mV·m/N respectively.
