膜蒸馏海水淡化技术探讨

摘　　要：简要介绍了两种非常规的膜蒸馏过程。超滤膜蒸馏过程是采用透水性超滤膜作为原料液分布机构,曝气膜蒸馏过程是利用不同温度的空气吸湿原理,该两种膜蒸馏过程均回避了膜蒸馏过程中疏水膜的润湿渗漏问题。介绍了多效膜蒸馏概念,是将膜蒸馏过程中的水蒸汽冷凝过程与原水加热过程结合,用以解决膜蒸馏过程中的相变热回收,有望实现低成本的膜蒸馏过程。提出了用于解决疏水膜亲水化渗漏的疏水膜自脱水干燥的概念及其方法。This paper briefly introduces the two types of unconventional membrane distillation process. Ultrafiltration membrane distillation process is use of ultrafiltration membrane as the raw distribution parts. Aeration membrane distillation process is the use of different temperature of the air moisture absorption principle, solved the hydrophobic membrane in the process of membrane distillation wetting leakage problems.The concept of multi-effect membrane distillation are introduced, it is used to solve phase change heat recovery of membrane distillation with raw water is heated by the water vapor condensation in the process of membrane distillation, is expected to achieve low cost of membrane distillation process. The concept of self-dehydration of hydrophobic membrane and its method is proposed to dry the hydrophobic membrane.
