内蒙古草原矿产资源开发与生态环境耦合研究

摘　　要：为研究内蒙古草原矿产资源开发与生态环境的耦合协调发展程度,构建内蒙古草原矿产资源开发和生态环境综合评价指标体系。在对该系统综合评价的基础上,建立耦合协调度模型,对1998—2014年间内蒙古草原矿产资源开发和生态环境耦合协调发展状况进行评价。结果表明:内蒙古草原矿产资源开发和生态环境处于协调发展阶段,但二者的耦合协调度却较低,需加大生态环境保护力度,以促进矿产资源开发和生态环境协调发展。In order to research the coupling and harmonious degree of mineral resources exploration and ecoenvironment in Inner Mongolia grassland region, this paper constructs the comprehensive evaluation index system of mineral resources development and eco-environment in grassland. Based on comprehensive evaluation of the sys- tem, the paper builds the coupling model of mineral resources exploration and eco-environment from 1998 to 2014. The result shows that the coupling status of mineral resources exploration and eco-environment in grassland region is on low level and more efforts should be put to protect the ecology and environment to promote the harmonious development of mineral resources development and eco-environment.
