主体功能区约束下包头市发展研究构想

摘　　要：从省市自治区主体功能区规划实施和可操作性来看,地市级行政区的主体功能区约束下整体研究是有待于开展的一项研究工作;主体功能区约束下包头市发展研究可为区域发展状况与主体功能区的要求之间存在的一致性、矛盾和原因及主体功能区约束下区域发展对策的制定等提供初步答案。Main body function area planning implementation from the provinces, cities and autonomous regions and operability, prefecture - level administrative region under the restriction of development priority zones of the whole research is a study to be carried out; Main body function under the constraint of baotou development research for regional development and consistency between the requirements of development priority zones, contradiction and causes and constraints regional development countermeasures of development priority zones provide preliminary an- swer.
