摘　　要：作者对我国学术期刊出版项目管理机制进行了分析;认为对学术期刊实施项目、规范化管理能达到质量管理的要求;也能够激发编辑的积极性和选题策划的主动性,从而培养全面发展的复合型出版人才。By China Academic Journal published analysis of the project management mechanism, the imple- mentation of the project management, as well as the implementation of the academic standardization management, can get the requirements of the qua｜ity management, enough to stimulate editor positive and topics planning initia- tive, training the all - round development of the compound publishing talent.
