摘 要:恒电流库仑分析是铀总量测量的准确度精度最高的方法之一,特别适用于纯铀样品中铀总量的测定。自行制备了U3O8和铀标准溶液,开展了铀总量恒电流库仑法分析的全流程条件实验研究。考察了磷酸用量、亚铁还原剂用量、氧化剂用量、氧化温度、共存离子等的影响。采用优化流程条件,分析了不同含量的铀标准溶液的铀总量,对于50 mg量级铀总量,采用恒电流库仑分析的相对标准不确定度为0.12%。Background: Constant current eoulometry is one of the most precise methods in total uranium measurement, especially for pure uranium sample. Purpose: This study aims at the whole experimental flow conditions for total uranium measurement using constant current colournetry. Methods: U3O8 and uranium standard solution were prepared. And various experimental conditions for phosphorus acid dosage, FeOI) dosage, oxidizer dosage, oxidation temperature and coexisting ions etc., were reviewed while measuring total uranium of samples with different weights of standard uranium solutions added in. Results: With optimized flow, total uranium weights in different uranium standard solutions were measured. For 50 mg total uranium added in, the combined uncertainty was 0.12% by constant current coulometry. Conclusions: This method can be used to measure total uranium content in pure uranium sample, and phosphorus acid plays a key role. When the concentration of phosphoric acid is more than 10 mol'L-1, the reduction reaction can be conducted at room temperature.
