摘 要:提出以步进式干油阀为给油器的智能干油集中润滑系统方案,介绍系统主站PLC的接线方式以及触摸屏的组态程序,并说明步进式干油阀的机械结构。在分析干油集中润滑系统的工艺要求和步进电机控制特性的基础上,提出一个驱动器驱动多个步进电机的驱动方案,并研究硬件的隔离电路。实际应用表明,采用步进式干油阀作为给油器大大降低干油集中润滑系统的故障率;在智能干油集中润滑系统中使用一台驱动器驱动多个步进电机的方式,不仅降低了系统成本,还减少了系统的复杂性。A scheme of intelligent centralized grease lubrication system using stepper motor valve as oil feeder was pres-ented.The connection of main PLC and the configuration program of HMI were introduced, and the mechanical structure ofstepper motor valve was illustrated.A scheme that more than one stepper motor is driven by only one driver was designedbased on the technological requirements of centralized grease lubrication system and the control characteristic of steppermotor.The isolation circuit of the hardware was also researched.The actual application shows that the fault of the centralizedgrease lubrication system is reduced by using the stepper motor valve as the oil feeder. By using one driver to drive morethan One stepper motor in intelligent grease lubrication system, the cost of the system is reduced, and the complexity of thesystem is decreased.
