摘　　要：探讨用小样织机开发大提花纪念用纺织品的工艺要点。从原料选择、织物图案、色彩、提花装造工艺等方面介绍了一款大提花纪念用纺织品的设计过程,并用纹织CAD进行了图案纹样设计、意匠设计、装造设计及纹理效果模拟展示。采用桑皮纤维棉混纺纱线为经纬纱,根据纹样花色选用重纬大提花组织,重点总结了大提花纪念用纺织品的生产工艺要点。认为:此实例可为纺织企业充分利用小样织机,开发具有地方特色、艺术性、纪念性的大提花织物纪念用纺织品,提供借鉴。Processing key points of developing jacquard memorial fabric on sample loom were discussed. De sign procedures from selection of raw materials, fabric pattern, color, jacquard installation＆ processing and so on to develop a jacquard memorial fabric were introduced. Textile CAD was adopted for design pattern, jacquard design, installation design and simulation demonstration of texture effect. Mulberry cotton blended yarn was used as warp and weft. Double weft jacquard texture was selected according to texture, design and color. Key points of production technology for jacquard memorial fabric were summarized in emphasis. It is considered that the case can be a reference for textile enterprises to make good use of hand sample loom and develop jacquard memorial fabric with local features, artistry and commemoration.
