摘　　要：探讨几种花式纱线开发生产的问题。介绍了几种花式纱线的特点及应用;就竹节纱、大肚纱、彩点纱、复合渐变竹节纱、复合渐变段彩纱等花式纱线品种的生产方法、技术要求,以及各工序生产技术要点进行了分析探讨;指出了花式纱线的生产难点及其解决办法;对花式纱线的品种开发问题提出了建议。认为:根据不同花式纱线的结构特点,应采取相应的生产技术措施;在花式纱线品种开发上,设计人员应从市场调研中汲取灵感,进行创新设计。The problems during the development and production of several kinds of fancy yarn were discussed. Properties and applications of several kinds of fancy yarn were introduced. The production methods, technology requirements and production key points in each processing of different fancy yarn varieties including slub yarn, big-belly-liked yarn, knicker yarn, composite slub yarn with gradient changes, composite segment color yarn and so on were analyzed and discussed. The production difficulties and solving methods of fancy yarn were pointed out. Suggestions about the development problems of fancy yarn were put forward. It is considered that corresponding production technology measures should be taken according to the structure properties of different fancy yarn. For the development of fancy yarn varieties, designers should get inspiration from market survey and then proceed innovating design.
