摘 要:探讨降低细纱断头的技术措施。分析了细纱断头机理及影响因素,从原料及纺纱各工序采取一系列工艺技术措施,获得了较好的效果,JC 14.5tex纱千锭时断头率达到了10根以内的较好水平,提高了生产效率和设备利用率,降低了纺纱用棉成本,促进了纺纱质量和企业经济效益的提高。认为,从原料及纺纱全过程入手,并以细纱为重点,采取必要的技术措施是大面积降低细纱断头的一条有效途径。Technology measures to reduce spinning breakage were discussed. The principle and influences factors of spinning breakage were analyzed. A series of technology measures were adopted from raw material to each spinning process. Better effect was obtained. For JC 14.5 tex yarn, breakage per thousand spindles was reached to ten ends. Production efficiency and equipment use ratio was improved. Cotton usage cost in spinning was reduced. The improvement of spinning quality and enterprise economic benefit were promoted. It is considered that adopting necessary technology measures is an efficient path to reduce breakage in large areas from raw material to whole spinning process, taking spinning process should be taken as key point.
