摘　　要：探讨小批量PBO纤维针织股线的生产问题。在小批量PBO纤维的纺纱过程中,通过对PBO纤维进行预处理,合理配置工艺,采取"低速度、轻定量、低捻度、减少浪费"等技术措施,顺利纺制出PBO 14.3tex×3针织股线,满足了用户需求。认为:在批量生产时,应设法采取措施解决诸如梳棉机刺辊出现纤维挂黏纤维、并条机缠胶辊细纱机接头方法等特殊问题。Production problems of PBO fiber knitting ply in small batch were discussed. During the spinning of PBO fiber in small batch, PBO fibers were pre treated. Processing was reasonably configured. Technology measures of lower speed, lighter quantity, smaller twist, less waste and so on were adopted. PBO 14.3 tex× 3 knitting ply is successfully spun, and it met with the use demand. It is considered that measures should be figured out to solve the special problems like fibers sticking with fibers in licker-in of carding machine, wingding rubbercovered roll in drawing machine,yarn joint method in spinning frame and so on in batch production.
