摘  要:山东省矿产资源丰富,矿业开发利用程度高、矿山生态地质环境问题多,矿山地质环境管护工作难度大。文章利用2009、2014两年度全省土地卫片遥感监测数据开展针对矿山地质环境恢复治理情况的遥感动态监测,阐述分析了山东省矿山地质环境恢复治理现状。根据遥感监测结果和影像特征总结划分了生态复绿型、灾害整治型、景观塑造型、功能修复型、循环经济型、工业园区型等6六类典型恢复治理模式,对当前恢复治理工作中存在的问题进行了分析。结果表明遥感手段具有宏观、高效的特征,是实现省域范围内矿山地质环境恢复治理管护工作的有效、必备手段,恢复治理工作中应当注重典型模式的应用推广研究。There are rich mineral resources in Shandong Province, high strength mining exploitation and utilization, many mine ecological environmental problems, and highly difficulties in mine geological environment restoration and governance. The land remote sensing monitoring data in 2009 and 2014 in Shandong is used for developing the remote-sensing dynamic monitoring of the mine geo- logical environment restoration and governance. The situation of restoration and governance of mine geological environment was ana- lyzed. According to the monitoring results and image features, six typical patterns of restoration and governance were summarized, such as ecological restoration, hazard control, landscape molding, functional recovery and cyclic economy; and industrial zone, and the dif- ficulties occurred in present restoration and management work were analyzed. The result showed that RS was efficient and macroscopi- cal, which was an effective and essential mean for the mine geological environment restoration and management. It should be applied and extended. The achievements have significance in driving to achieve the goal of promoting the mine geological environment restora- tion and governance.
