深圳转型升级和创新驱动:分析与借鉴

摘　　要：深圳经济实现有质量的稳定增长,转型升级与创新驱动是其基本路径。通过对政府在转型升级与创新驱动发展中作用的梳理和分析,本文认为完备的产业配套体系、新型研发机构载体、开放包容的文化以及适度有为的政府,是深圳持续创新的基本动力,其经验值得其它城市经济体借鉴。Shenzhen’s sound and stable growth is contributed to transformation, upgrading and innovation. Based on the analysis of the local government role in the process of updating and innovation-driven development, it finds that a comprehensive industry system, innovative research and development institutions, open and tolerant culture, moderately aggressive local government are the basic motive forces for the sustainable innovation. Experience from Shenzhen are worth learning.
