推进海上丝绸之路战略下的深港合作  

On Advancing Shenzhen-Hong Kong Cooperation under the Framework of the Maritime Silk Road

摘　　要：总体而言,＂十二五＂期间深港合作有所推进,但也受到一定影响,展望未来5~10年,一带一路战略为深港合作提供了广阔的空间。＂十三五＂期间深港两地应共同推进海上丝绸之路战略下的全方位、多领域合作,共同打造粤港澳大湾区,尤其在建立湾区跨境治理机制和统计制度、提升要素流动效率、共同打造创新平台、推进产业一体化发展等方面积极探索。Shenzhen-Hong Kong cooperation has been strengthened during the 12th Five-Year Plan, although the process was impeded to some extent. In the future, the Belt and Road initiative is to provide great potentials for the cooperation between Shenzhen and Hong Kong. Therefore, Shenzhen and Hong Kong should jointly promote the comprehensive cooperation and accelerate the building of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao big bay area along the Maritime Silk Road during the 13th Five-Year Plan period. The cooperation should be focused on establishing cross-border management and statistics mechanism in the bay area, promoting the easy flow of elements, making joint efforts to build an innovative platform, and speeding up industrial integration in bay area.
