摘　　要：广东与周边区域共同构成的三大海洋经济圈,与一带一路战略具有空间重合性和目标一致性。本文通过解构一带一路战略方向和各圈层的现状及特点,提出由核心区域、重点产业和保障机制构成的海洋经济跨圈层协同发展体系,旨在探索跨区域海洋经济合作模式,避免恶性竞争和重复建设,实现区域海洋经济战略与国家一带一路战略的统一。The three marine economic cooperation circles around Guangdong and the Belt and Road initiative have a common goal and overlap with each other. This thesis will propose a series of cross-disciplinary and cross-industry coordination mechanism and supportive measures by analyzing the Belt and Road initiative and characteristics of the three marine economic cooperation circles. These measures can help each circle to seize the golden opportunity and avoid regional malignant competition and redundant construction. Finally, the area of the three circles can achieve coordinated development with the Belt and Road initiative.
