摘 要:以65个核桃品种为试材,对核桃坚果经济性状进行统计分析,应用Shannon-Weaver指数估算不同来源地数量性状多样性,即H′=-ΣPilnPi,Pi指第i个类型所占的比例;应用X±1S提出云南今后育种中经济性状选育标准;通过对云南核桃坚果经济性状的分析,为云南核桃育种和优良品种的推广提供参考依据。结果表明:数量性状的总体平均多样性指数为4.159,昭通(2.977)、丽江(2.557)、大理(2.212)的多样性指数较高,保山(1.927)、曲靖(1.384)则次之;未来的育种中仁色以黄白、白色、黄色为主,核仁饱满,隔膜为纸质;单果重≥10g,三径均值≥3.2cm,壳厚≤1.1mm,含油率≥67%,蛋白质≥15%;表明云南核桃品种的起点是较高的,新的选育标准应具有一定的起点。Using 65 species of walnuts as materials,the walnut economic characters of statistics and application of ShannonWeaver index estimation of different sources of quantitative trait diversity,i.e.H′=-ΣPilnPi,Pi refered to the first I type accounted for the proportion.Finally the application of X±1Sproposed standard economic traits in breeding in Yunnan.Through the analysis of Yunnan walnuts economic traits,and a theoretical basis was provided for the promotion of Yunnan walnut breeding and the promotion of good varieties.The results showed that the average genetic diversity index of numerical characters was 4.159,and the main long production areas of Zhaotong(2.977),Lijiang(2.557)and Dali(2.212)higher diversity index,and Baoshan(1.927),Qujing(1.384)less.Future breeding kernel color to yellow and white,white,yellow,nucleolus was full,the diaphragm was a papery;per nut weight more than 10 g,average of three kinds of diameters was greater than or equal to 3.2cm,the shell thickness was less than or equal to 1.1mm,the oil rate was more than 67%,and the protein rate was more than 15%.The starting point of Yunnan walnut varieties was higher,new standards of breeding should had a certain starting point.
