基于知识产权创造的河北省农业科技自主创新能力分析

摘　　要：依据国家知识产权局专利数据库、农业部植物新品种权公告、农业部、国家质检总局和国家工商总局地理标志产品登记公告,收集河北省涉农专利、植物新品种权、农产品地理标志数据,从知识产权产出数量、涉及专业领域、知识产权拥有者等角度分析河北省农业科技自主创新能力现状。The article collected the data of agricultural patents,plant variety rights,agricultural product geographical indications of Hebei Province from the patent database of the State Intellectual Property Office,the announcements of new plant variety right of Agricultural Department,and announcements of geographical indications product registration of Agricultural Department,State Administration of Quality Supervision and Inspection and State Administration for Industry and Commerce.Accordingly it analyzed the status of independent innovation capability of agricultural science and technology in Hebei Province from the angles of the output quantity,areas covered and the ownership of intellectual property rights.
