摘 要:针对广泛存在的多目标、多层次的不确定性决策问题,提出一种基于灰信息的正负靶心多目标决策方法.通过定义区间灰数的距离测度,构建了多目标灰靶决策模型,以综合靶心距最小为目标求解非线性多目标优化问题得到最优的目标权重.最后,将方法应用于黄河防汛物资的分类管理中,根据社会储备防汛物资的特点,选择出了可由社会储备的一类防汛物资,与实际相符合,说明了方法的可行性和有效性.In view of the widespread multi-objective and multi-level uncertainty decision problem, put forward a new multi-objective decision method of positive and negative grey target based on grey information. By defining the interval grey number distance measure, multi-objective grey target decision model is constructed, taking the minimization of the comprehensive target-eyes distance as the objective function to construct the non-linear op- timization model solving the optimal objective weights. Finally, the method is applied to ithe classification management of the Yellow River flood-fighting materials , based on the characteristics of social reserve for flood-fighting materials , selected a kind of social reserve flood-fighting materials, consistent with actual situation, which illustrate the feasibility and effectiveness of this method.
