摘  要:钢管结构是工程中常用的一种屋盖结构形式,在实际工程中由于型材定尺生产、加工下料、运输等原因,大量杆件本身需要相互连接。而现有现场焊接连接、法兰连接和螺栓拼接存在施工质量难以保证和视觉不美观等缺点,为改善该种连接节点,提出一种内置刚性连接方式,并进行3个试件的轴心受压试验。研究结果表明,内置刚性连接方式可有效传递轴力,但由于连接处存在截面突变,容易引起应力集中和应力分布不均现象,在设计时应该考虑由此引起的剪切滞后效应。Steel tubular structure is widely used for the project in recents years. A large number of tubes are connected with themselves because of production of sections, material cutting, transportation and other processing etc. The existing connection ways, such as welding connection, flanged and bolted splice construction, are difficult to guarantee the quality and visual appearance. In order to improve the connection mode, an inner bolted joint was presented. The axial compressive tests of 3 specimens subject to axial forces were carried out. The results of the study showed that, the inner set bolted joint could effectively transfer axial force, but stress concentration and uneven distribution of the stress could be caused easily on the mutational section. So in designing a inner bolted joint, the shear lag effect should be considered .
