摘  要:纤维增强复合材料(FRP)应用于预应力加固钢管线工程,其预应力施加与锚固是急需解决的重要问题,因此对FRP布预应力装置进行专门研究很有必要。基于FRP加固金属管线的力学性能,研制了新型的FRP布预应力张拉锚固一体式锚具,并进行了预应力张拉与锚固性能试验。结果表明:旋转锚杆可张拉纤维布,螺栓固定能有效锚固。同时,测试FRP布加固钢管预应力性能参数,分析预应力FRP布的应变分布规律。Prestressing and anchorage are an important and urgent problem to be solved in prestressed FRP sheet reinforced steel pipeline. Therefore the special study on prestress device for prestressed FRP is very necessary. Based on the mechanical properties of FRP reinforced metal pipeline, a new-style stretching and anchoring integral device for prestressed FRP sheet was developed, and the experiment of prestress tensioning and anchorage performance was carried out. The results showed that FRP could be prestessed by rotating anchorage rod, and that bolt could effectively anchor the sheet. At the same time, the performance parameters of prestressed FRP reinforced steel pipe was tested, and the strain distribution law of prestressed FRP sheet was analysed.
