摘　　要：通过重量法制备乳液化妆品基体的标准物质。使用色谱或者色谱-质谱联用仪对乳液化妆品基体进行检测,确保其中不含有待添加的目标化合物。使用差示扫描量热仪、色谱仪对目标添加物进行纯度测定,保证其纯度准确可靠。在超净实验室里,准确称取一定量的目标添加物,缓慢添加一定量的复杂基体物质,不断搅拌,密封静置过夜。待目标添加物完全溶解后,继续加入乳液化妆品,使目标添加物的质量浓度为制备值。制备成的标准物质进一步进行均匀性检验、稳定性检验,并对标准物质的特性量值进行不确定度评定。制备的乳液化妆品基体的标准物质能够满足乳液化妆品的质量控制。The standard cosmetic matrix reference materials were prepared by weight method. The cosmetic matrix was detected by chromatography or chromatography-mass spectrometry to ensure not containing the target compound to be added. The differential scanning calorimetry and chromatography were used to de- tect the purity of target additives to ensure accuracy and reliability. In an ultra-clean laboratory, a certain amount of additives was weighed, an amount of complex matrix material was slowly added and stirred con- stantly, and then was sealed overnight to prepare the standard reference materials. The reference materials were prepared for further homogeneity testing, stability testing and uncertainty evaluation. The prepared standard cosmetic matrix reference materials meet the standard for quality control of cosmetics.
