摘  要:由苄基三乙基氯化铵,在无水乙醇中与氢氧化钠反应合成季胺碱苄基三乙基氢氧化铵,以苄基三乙基氢氧化铵为主要成分制得氯转移剂T1。该氯转移剂T1分别对环氧氯丙烷、四氯化碳、氯化石蜡三种模拟油脱氯,实验结果表明,加剂量为有机氯含量50倍时,有机氯脱除率分别为94.91%、81.00%和25.24%。氯转移剂T1对乌鲁木齐石化厂混合原油的总氯脱除率可达80.45%。Benzyltriethylammonium chloride was used to synthesize benzyltriethylammonium hydroxide by reacting with sodium hydroxide in absolute ethyl alcohol, and then benzyltriethylammonium hydroxide was used to synthesize the chlorine transfer agent T1 as a main component. Epichlorohydrin, carbon tetrachlo- ride and chlorinated paraffin model oil were dechlorinated respectively by the chlorine transfer agent T1. The experimental results showed that when the dosage was 50 times of the organochlorine, the dechlorina- tion rate was 94.91%, 81.00% and 25.24%. The chlorine removal rate for the mixed crude oil of Urum- chi Petroleum and Chemical Corporation was 80.45 %.
