一种苯丙乳液包膜肥料及养分透过性能测试方法的研究

摘　　要：使用一种苯丙乳液作为包膜材料，分别采用水浸泡法实验和膜透过性实验对膜和包膜肥料进行表征。实验结果表明：包膜肥料氮素养分释放曲线的“恒释期”符合线性关系，膜对于氮素的透过性能也有很好的线性关系；包膜量为7．2％～13．5％的包膜肥料的初期养分释放率和28天累积养分释放率均达到国家标准要求。Using one kind of styrene-acrylate emulsion as enveloped material. Characterization of the membrane and its enveloped fertilizer was made respectively from its permeability and lixiviating method. The results showed that ＂Constant release period＂ of N of coated fertilizer was in accordance with a linear relationship. The facts was that membrane to N＇s permeability was also in accordance with a good linear relationship. When the envelope amount was 7.2% to 13.5%, the early nutrient release rate of the coated fertilizer and its 28 days＇ cumulative nutrient release rate all reached national standards.
