摘　　要：每生产1吨PVB树脂需耗水约65吨,如何减少PVB生产耗水量,是PVB行业研究的永恒主题。通过研究,提供了水洗水循环使用、水洗和离心脱水多次循环、添加乳化剂水洗、温水水洗四种节水方案。Production of a ton of Ployvinyl butyral needs to consume is an eternal theme of PVB industry research. Through study, this washing water recycling, water washing and centrifuge dewatering about 65 tons of water. How to reduce water consumption paper proposed four kinds of water-saving schemes that after a number of loops, washing by adding emulsifier,warm water washing.
