摘　　要：通过对短程蒸发器脱除季戊四醇四丙烯酸酯中溶剂甲苯的过程研究,对短程蒸馏和传统常规蒸馏技术进行比较,得出短程蒸馏器有更加高效的分离效果、更加广泛的应用市场以及拥有较大的工业生产化优势的结论。Using short-range evaporator of the product sample pentaerythritolconventional distillation after four acrylate （PET4A） was studied the effect of removing dissolved. PET4A regular distillation process, the reaction solvent toluene sample is contained in a larger proportion of toluene content determined by high performance liquid chromatography in 5% or so, then use short-range evaporator solvent separation of samples can beeffectively reduced to below 0.18%.
