摘 要:为解决现有冻结管单管冻结能力不强致使增加循环冷媒介质用量和施工机械能耗的问题,可将传统圆形截面设计成异形截面。对X形冻结管截面形式和施工工艺作一简单介绍,运用有限元软件对X形冻结管与传统圆形冻结管单管冻结时的温度场进行对比分析,主要得出:X形冻结管可在不增加工程量的前提下大大提高单管冻结能力;虽然X形冻结管为非圆形截面,但其冻土帷幕温度也是以冻结管为圆心呈同心圆分布;在靠近冻结管200 mm范围内,X形冻结管比圆形冻结管降温快,制冷效果更好;在与水平夹角45°的方向,两种冻结管降温过程完全一致。As the resolution of increased consumption of circulating coolant and construction machines'energy, which is resulted from poor freezing capacity of single pipe at present, the traditional circular section may be designed to special section. This paper introduced the section type of X-shaped freezing pipe and its construction process and, with FEM software, made the comparative analysis of the temperature field around a single freezing pipe between X-shaped and traditional circular freezing pipes. It is concluded that X-shaped freezing pipe, without addition of work quantity, may enhance the freezing capacity of single pipe significantly; although its section is not round, the temperature of the freezing soil curtain is distributed as concentric circles which takes the freezing pipe as the center; within the range of 200 mm close to the freezing pipe, the freezing pipe in X-shaped section may be cooled faster than the one in circular section, thus has better cooling effect; and in the direction at a horizontal angle of 45°, the both kinds of freezing pipes have the same cooling process.
