上海职工医保与异地医保垂体腺瘤患者住院费用对比研究——基于华山医院的数据分析

摘　　要：目的:通过对上海城镇职工医保与异地医保"垂体腺瘤"患者住院费用进行统计分析,探讨二者之间的差异及影响因素。方法:住院费用比较采用正态t检验,分类资料比较采用χ2检验;住院费用、住院天数的影响因素采用多元线性回归分析。结果:两类患者垂体腺瘤费用差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。讨论:(1)开展卫生技术评估,建立临床路径;(2)建立标准化的异地就医管理规范。Objective： To compare the hospitalization expenses of pituitary adenoma patients with urban employee medical insurance or remote medical insurance, and analyze the difference and impact factors. Methods： T-test was conducted to compare the hospitalization expense, chi-square test was used to compare the categorical data, and multiple linear regression analysis was adopted to analyze the impact factors of the hospitalization expense and the length of stay in hospitals. Results： the cost of this disease is statistically significant （P〈0.05）.
