摘　　要：随着各项科学技术的发展,电脑在人们日常生活中的作用越来越重要,如此便推动了网络的进步,它将整个社会推向了信息、时尚、技术的最前端,久而久之,人们对网络有了更深一层的依赖。对网络的不断依赖逐渐形成了一种舆论场效应,即浪涌效应。从网络传播的影响,以及从宏观和微观角度中探究网络传播浪涌效应在实践中的影响三大部分展开论述,对网络传播浪涌效应进行了具体阐述。With the development of sciences and technologies, the computer is more and more important in our daily life, it promotes the advancement of network and push our society to be at the advancing edge of information, fashion, and technology, which makes us rely further on network. The incessant reliance on network forms gradually a kind of public opinion field effect, i.e. surge effect. This paper discusses the impact of network dissemination surge effect in practice from such aspects as network disemination impact, macroscopic view and microscopic view, and describes in detail the network dissemination surge effect.
