QCC在小儿外科住院患者入院宣教中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨品管圈对提高小儿外科住院患者入院宣教知晓率的应用效果。方法成立QCC小组,以"提高小儿外科住院患者对入院宣教的知晓率"为活动主题,分析100例患儿及家长对入院宣教知晓率低的原因并制定相应措施。结果措施实施后,入院宣教完全知晓率由22%上升到了62%。结论 QCC活动在提高小儿外科住院患者知晓率中取得了满意效果,不仅提高患者的满意度,还增进护患和谐关系。Objective To investigate the effect of the Qcc in improving the awareness rate of the admission education in the hospitalized sur- gical children patients. Methods With the QCC team,analysised 100 cases about the reasons of the low awareness of the admission educa- tion. Results After intervention,the awareness rate rose from 22% to 62%. Condusion The QCC can improve the awareness rate of the admission education and the satisfaction of the hospitalized surgical children patients. It can also increase the relationship between nurses and patients
