摘 要:切断过电压是造成干式空心并联电抗器烧毁的主要原因之一,为了实现对过电压的有效保护,提出一种由避雷器与阻容吸收装置构成的组合式保护方法.对过电压产生及保护电路原理进行数学分析,利用ATP-EMTP软件对保护效果进行了仿真验证.结果表明,受频率特性影响,避雷器对复燃过电压保护效果差.阻容吸收装置对切断过电压保护效果良好,但在大截流值条件下需要的电容值及电阻功率大.组合式保护装置利用阻容吸收装置适当抑制过电压幅值的同时降低过电压振荡频率,减小对避雷器频率响应的要求;利用避雷器有效抑制大截流值过电压,减小对吸收电容值要求.组合式保护装置更能胜任对电抗器切断过电压的保护,具有良好的应用前景.Breaking over-voltage is one of the main reasons for the burnout of the dry-type air-core shunt reac- tor. In order to achieve an effective protection for this over-voltage, the combined protection method which consists of an arrester and a RC absorbing device is presented in this paper. Both mathematical analyses on circuit theories and simulation analyses on preventive effect by the ATP-EMTP software are carried out. Research results indicate that, the arrester which has the different frequency response characteristic is lack of effective protection for the arc reignition over-voltage. The RC absorbing device is fit for the protection of the breaking over-voltage, but a larger capacitance and a higher power resistance are needed in the high chopping current condition. The combined protec- tion device partially suppresses the over-voltage amplitude and decreases the oscillation frequency by the RC cir- cuit, which will reduce the frequency response demand of the arrester. It actively suppresses the high chopping cur- rent over-voltage by the arrester, which will reduce the capacitance demand. The combined device is more applica- ble to the protection of breaking over-voltage for the reactor, and it has an application prospect.
