PICC在老年女性改良全盆重建术后患者中应用的护理体会

摘　　要：目的探讨老年女性改良全盆重建术后患者行PICC围术期的护理方法。方法观察总结51例老年女性改良全盆重建术后PICC患者置管前的准备、置管方法、置管后的护理要点。结果本组51例均置管成功,无1例并发症和提前拔管。结论正确使用PICC并加强置管前后的护理,可以延长PICC的使用时间,减少并发症和患者的医疗成本,减轻护士工作量,提高护理质量。Objective The nursing methods to prevent complications of senilefemale patients with modified total pelvic floor reconstruction after PICC. Methods To summarize 51 cases of senile female in modified total pelvic floor reconstructio patients with PICC catheterprepara- tion. Methods Dtube the nursing points after pipe. Results In this group,51 cases were successful placement, 1 cases without complications and earlyextubation. Conclusion The proper use of PICC and strengthen the nursing care of indwelling catheter after PICC, can prolong the usage time, reduce the complications and the patient＇s medical cost, reduce the workload of nurses,improve the quality of nursing care.
