藻酸盐敷料粉剂联合金因肽治疗乳腺癌患者放射性皮炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨藻酸盐敷料粉剂联合金因肽治疗乳腺癌患者放射性皮炎的疗效。方法采用目的抽样法,将60例因放疗出现放射性皮炎的乳腺癌患者分为观察组和对照组,每组30例,观察组采用藻酸盐敷料粉剂联合金因肽外敷创面,对照组只采用金因肽喷洒创面,观察两组药物对放射性皮炎的治疗效果及创面愈合时间。结果观察组肉芽组织生长较快,创面愈合情况明显优于对照组。结论藻酸盐敷料粉剂联合金因肽治疗肿瘤患者放射性皮炎比单纯使用金因肽效果显著,能缩短创面愈合时间,提高患者的生活质量。Objective To study the curative effect of alginate dre-ssing powder and recombinant human epidermal growth factor （rhEGF） on radiodermatitis of breast cancer patients. Methods Using objective sampling methods, 60 breast cancer patients with radiodermatitis were di- vided into observation group and control group at random. The observation group were treated with both alginate dressing andrhEGF, and the control group were given with only rhEGF. The curative effect and the wound healingtime in two groups were observed. Results Compared to the controlgroup, granulation tissue grew faster and the wound healed more beautifully in the observation group.Conclusion Both alginate dressingand rhEGF were more effective than only rhEGF for treating radiodermatitis. They could shorten the wound healing time and improve the quality of life for breast cancer patients.
