摘 要:介绍了基层医院专科护理人才培养策略。主要包括对新进护士采取2年全院轮转,1年大专科培训,然后长期定专科工作,采用专科护士资质认证培训的方式培训专科护理人才。认为按护士职业生涯规划设计,针对性培养专科护理人才,有助于确保护理服务安全,更有利于护理队伍的稳定和护理质量的提高。The article introduced the training strategy of specialized nursing personnel in primary hospital, including 2 years' departments ro- tation for new nurses, general specialist training for 1 year, followed by long-term specialist work in a selected department. We used specialist nurse qualification training mode to train the specialist nursing personnel. According to the nurse career planning, targetedly training specialist nursing personnel helps to ensure the safety of nursing service, the stability of nursing team and improve the quality of nursing care.
