摘　　要：在重大经济活动中,开展知识产权评议可为政府决策和企业参与竞争提供咨询参考,可避免因知识产权导致的重大经济损失,能起到"明态势、看趋势、找空间、避风险"的作用。本文综述了国内外知识产权评议的发展现状,总结了国外开展重大经济活动知识产权评议的经验,比较分析了国内主要省市关于重大经济活动知识产权评议的机制与政策。在此基础上,提出了对我国重大经济活动知识产权评议机制建设的建议。In the major economic activities, intellectual property appraisal could offer consult for the decision making of government and the market competition of enterprises, as well as avoid the economic losses. This paper reviewed the global development status and international experience of intellectual property appraisal in major economic activities. Then offered a comparative study of mechanism and policy enacted by some provinces and cities in China. Based on such scenario, we put suggestions on the construction of intellectual property appraisal system in major economic activities.
