川派中医儿科代表人物及学术特点概述

摘　　要：川派儿科在全国中医儿科界具有重要影响,也是川派医学的重要组成部分。在继承创新的探索中,川派儿科学派逐渐形成了各自较为鲜明的学术思想和诊疗特色,如徐氏儿科善治胎疾,寇氏儿科善调疳积,王氏儿科善用外治,肖氏儿科善疗咳喘,吴氏儿科善医肾病。通过查阅大量文献资料及走访调查,选取12支较为公认的川派儿科学派,分别为王氏儿科、胡氏儿科、寇氏儿科、熊氏儿科、王氏儿科、肖氏儿科、徐氏儿科、曾氏儿科、张氏儿科、冯氏儿科、赵氏儿科、吴氏儿科,重点对学派创始人生平、主要学术观点进行介绍。Pediatrics of ＂Sichuan school＂ has an important influence in pediatrics field in Chinese medicine of the whole country, and is also an important part in the medicine of ＂Sichuan school＂. In the exploration with inherit- ance and innovation, pediatrics of ＂Sichuan school＂ gradually formed each relatively distinctive academic thoughts and clinical features, such as XU＇s pediatric good at fetus disease, KOU＇s pediatric good at infantile malnutrition, WANG＇s pediatric good at external treatment, XiAO＇s pediatric good at cough and asthma and WU＇s pediatric good at nephrosis. By consulting a large number of literatures and interviewing to survey, the authors selected 12 relatively recognized pediatrics of ＂Sichuan school＂ including WANG＇s, HU＇s, KOU＇s, XIONG＇s, WANG＇s, XIAO＇s, XU＇s, ZENG＇s, ZHANG＇s, FU＇s, ZHAO＇s and WU＇s. This article emphatically introduces the life and the main academic viewpoint of those school＇s founder.
