摘　　要：马钱子临床上常用于风湿顽痹、跌打损伤、类风湿性关节炎等疾病。因其用药安全窗较小,治疗量与中毒量极为接近,剂量过大时则引起中毒反应。现将我科近日接收的马钱子中毒1例报道如下。Maqianzi was applied in treating rheumatism obstinate arthralgia, traumatic injury and rheumatoid arthritis. Because of an adjacency of therapeutic dose and toxic dose;toxic reactions can be caused easily. Now, there is a clinical report of 1 case of Maqianzi poisoning as followed.
