中西医结合疗法在糖尿病肾病患者中的应用观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨临床对糖尿病肾病患者实施中西医结合治疗方案的价值。方法:将2012年5月-2014年5月到我院治疗的80例糖尿病肾病患者纳入研究并随机均分成两组,对照组根据常规西医标准用药,观察组在此前提下增加中药六味地黄汤治疗,连续施治3个月后,评估两组的临床疗效。结果:观察组的临床总有效率是95.0%(38/40),相比于对照组的77.5%(31/40)有明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且相比于对照组,观察组治疗后各项中医证候指标减分更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对糖尿病肾病患者实施中西医结合方案治疗,效果更显著,且用药方便、安全,值得临床普及。Objective：To investigate clinical effects of the integrative medicine therapy on diabetic nephropathy. Methods：80 cases of diabetic nephropathy from May 2012 to May 2014 in our hospital were selected as research objects, and divided into two groups. The control group received conventional western medicine. The observation group received the Liuwei Dihuang decoction more. In 3 months, clinical efficacy in two groups were evaluated. Results：The total efficiency in the observation group was 95.0%, much higher than that in the control group （77.5%）. The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Compared with the control group, various syndromes index in the observation group was reduced significantly. Conclusion：The integrative medicine was effective on diabetic nephropathy, with high security, is worthy of promotion.
