岩鹿乳康胶囊治疗冲任失调型乳腺增生病64例的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨岩鹿乳康胶囊治疗冲任失调型乳腺增生病的临床效果。方法:收集冲任失调型乳腺增生病患者128例,随机均分为两组,治疗组给予岩鹿乳康胶囊口服治疗,对照组给予乳癖消颗粒口服治疗,观察两组患者的临床疗效及不良反应,综合分析疗效。结果:疗效评价治疗组总有效率为93.75%;对照组总有效率为75.00%,症状体征疗效评价中治疗组总有效率为90.63%;对照组总有效率为73.44%。两组总有效率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:岩鹿乳康胶囊治疗冲任失调型乳腺增生疗效显著。Objective： To explore clinical efficacy of the Yan Lu Rukang capsules on hyperplasia. Methods： 128 cases of hyperplasia were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was given the Yan Lu Rukang capsules;and the control group was treated with the Rupi Xiao capsules. The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were analyzed. Results：The total efficacy in treatment group was 93.75%;and it was 75.00%in the control group. Efficacy evaluation of symptoms and signs：the total efficacy in the treatment group was 90.63%;and it was 73.44%in the control group. The differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The Yan Lu Rukang capsules for hyperplasia shows an obvious efficacy.
