摘　　要：目的:观察复智健脑胶囊治疗70例血管性痴呆患者的临床疗效。方法:将112例血管性痴呆患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,治疗组在常规治疗的同时口服复智健脑胶囊,3个月为1个疗程。观察两组患者在治疗后的临床症状和生活质量改善情况。结果:治疗后,治疗组在临床症状改善和生活质量的提高等方面均优于对照组。结论:复智健脑胶囊治疗血管性痴呆可明显改善患者的智力障碍和生活能力。Objective：To observe clinical efficacy of the Fuzhi Jiannao capsules on 70 cases of vascular dementia. Methods：112 cases of vascular dementia were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group. The treatment group was treated by conventional treatment plus the Fuzhi Jiannao capsules, 3 months in a course. After treatment, improvement of clinical symptoms and quality of life in two groups were observed. Results：After treatment, improvement of clinical symptoms and quality of life in the treatment group was better than those in the control group. Conclusion： The Fuzhi Jiannao capsules on vascular dementia could improve mental retardation and viability obviously.
