通督汤对治疗腰椎管狭窄症的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:评价通督汤治疗腰椎管狭窄症的临床疗效。方法:对89例腰椎管狭窄症患者给予通督汤口服治疗,1剂/d,早晚分服。结果:临床治愈28例,好转34例,有效19例,无效6例,总有效率达93.1%。结论:通督汤治疗腰椎管狭窄症疗效显著。Objective：To evaluate the clinical effects of the Tongdu decoction on lumbar spinal stenosis （LSS）. Methods：89 patiens with lumbar spinal senosis （LSS） took the Tongdu decoction, one oral dose per day, in the morning and evening. Results：28 cases were cured;34 cases were improved;19 cases were effective;and 6 cases were invaild. The total efficiency was 93.1%. Conclusion：The Tongdu decoction showed significant clinical effects on lumbar spinal stenosis （LSS）.
